If women has been given "right to divorce" or Talaq-e-Tafweez
Question:- If women has been given "right to divorce" or Talaq-e-Tafweez and she pronunces talaaq 3 times upon herself , is it valid?
Answer:- Granting the right of divorce, that is, delegating the power of divorce (Tafweez-e-Talaq), is valid. Through this, the wife becomes the holder of the right to divorce. Therefore, after the delegation of divorce, if the wife pronounces three divorces upon herself, then three divorces will take effect.
